What has Apple done to Audiobook Sorting

Since I bought my first Apple device the iPod Touch generation the tagging of audiobooks worked just fine. I always made sure my audiobooks were properly tagged before I added the file/folder to iTunes and from there to my device/s. About a year ago everything started going askew and audiobooks in especial get either multiple entries when added to iTunes or I cannot get the individual chapter names displayed. I kinda got around the multiple entries but I just cannot get the individual chapter names to display, When you go into Audiobook Info/Sorting you can only put one entry in the chapter file. I suppose you could do it per file but a book can have over a hundred chapters. Whatever I put in the chapter field this is what gets displayed for every chapter. The software never used to have this issue so it is obvious Apple did something to change things. I have heard it said on these forums, wait Apple will fix this in the next issue of iTunes, well they have and are not doing so. What is really annoying is that this was working fine until Apple started tinkering with it. Please fix this Apple.
