Have you tried to use Safari while connected to a different, stable and reliable WIFI network that have access to Internet?
What happens when you try?

Giulio
Turn off your iphone
Turn off your modem-router for 5 minutes, then turn it back on, waiting for it to restart and autoconfigure completely.
Then turn your iphone back on, and test it.

No, because I have only two different WiFi which is 2.4G and 5G which I am connected to 5G and it will not load up
Safari has worked perfectly fine but then today it has stopped working and won’t stop loading

I updated to Mojave today on my 2018 27" iMac. Safari won't load any website. Firefox and Chrome work just fine and the connection is strong. Also, I can't connect to Apple Software Update through my System Preferences.
If you're talking about Safari, Firefox or Chrome on "iMac", please post your question choosing among the Mac OS Communities listed here: Mac OS & System Software
Thanks and regards
