Missing Activity Awards

I have been having the same issue for a couple of weeks. Initially, stopping the Activity app and rebooting the phone helped, but not lately. Today, I unpaired the watch and paired it as a new watch (not restore from backup). Once the watch paired, my longest move streak was up to date, by weekly awards from yesterday finally came through, and I got my November challenge badge.

Hi DFD1. I fixed this by unpairing my watch. Backing up phone before doing this 😉. Then setting up watch as a new watch. Then pair watch to iPhone. Within 3 days the award starts to reappear. If this fails Restore all settings on the phone and repair to watch. It will bring back the missing awards.

Unpairing, then setting up the watch from new rather than a back up. Your Activity data is stored in your back ups you do regularly. Your phone will pull down the back up and inturn update the watch. I noticed after doing this the activity awards came back. It DID take about a week to come back, not all at once. I have no idea why this was the case. Do you have any incomplete activity rings btw ? And if so are there any small green dots under each ring ?

Hi. Just keep pressing the crown and side button till the watch restarts.

Since I updated to ios12 there’s a delay of 2 to 3 days before the longest streak award shows up on my phone. Rebooting the phone and the watch doesn’t help. I just need to be patient and wait for the award to appear and unblock other awards depending on it.

The Activity APP stoped working properly with the IOS 12 update. Awards were missing and the counting of awards that were displayed was wrong. I was told that IOS 12.1 would fix issues. Unfortunately, 12.1 was not a complete fix and awards are still missing. For example: My last two days of awards are missing which includes awards for closing all three rings for an entire week, yesterday (Sunday). I tried a hard reboot several times after installing 12.1 which was a waste of time for me. I am very disappointed that this is not fixed as the Activity APP is one of the most useful tools on the phone/watch for me.

I’ve had the same issue. Get notification of achievement and badges on my watch however they do not appear on my phone. I am missing longest move streak from yesterday (was days 326 consecutive), as well as hitting all goals, 200 percent and 300 percent. Have tried rebooting phone and watch. Nothing. This is really diaspppointing. The correct numbers are showing just no badges. This needs to be reliable or a manual fix needs to be available.

The badges now appear irreguarly between 2 and 3 days after they were earned but the running count on the badge is wrong. Prior to the IOS 12 update, the badges appeared as soon as they were earned and the running count was accurate. This continues to be a source of disappointment.

I'm missing Perfect Week for individual categories and Perfect Week (All Activity). As soon as I hit it yesterday, I saw the badge flash on my watch, but it never showed up on my phone app. The app shows the activity, but not the awards.

I've tried restarting my phone and watch multiple times. I've ready multiple discussions like this one and tried the fixes - nothing works. Both watch and iPhone have the most recent update.

Any thoughts?

I have done the reboot and my phone and watch are updated but the awards aren’t being posted right away. Why the delay? My watch has even notified me that I got them but it isn’t showing up. One from a work-our compition that ended Friday and the Veteran’s day one from today.

Also is anyone else still missing Thanksgiving 2016 & 2017 and the National Park 2017 limited awards?

I have experienced the same, all since the watch OS 5 update....I do not understand why this happens every time Apple releases a watch update. It has gotten to the point that their QA for releases is non-existent. Remember when you purchased Apple because it just worked....

I have tried the pairing and unpairing (which is a hassle, and should not be necessary to receive badges), and that did not work. Additionally, I completed the Vets Day challenge yesterday, and was alerted on my watch. However, the award never appeared on my iPhone and now the empty shell is gone completely.

Having exactly the same problem. I am on iOS 12.1 (iPhone 8 Plus) and watch OS 5.1.1 (Series 3). This problem has been around in various forms for some time, but I could get the Award to appear by re-booting watch and phone. Now that work-around no longer works. I receive the notification of the Award on my Apple Watch, but the Award fails to appear on the iPhone Activity App. My wife and I both completed the 2018 Vet Challenge yesterday; received the notification on our watches, but the Activity App on our iPhone no longer displays the shell for the Award.

I have tried rebooting it doesn’t work. It’s discouraging!!! So disappointed! I workout everyday! Did the Veterans Day workout and did t get that award. That is upsetting!!! Please fix this!! I enjoy the encouragement!!!!
