After upgrading to macOS Mojave, Quick Look stopped working for quite a lot of files.
It stopped generating files.
qlmanage -r cache fixes the problem for a few minutes, but then the problem resurfaces.
Reinstalling didn't help.
If I disable Quick Look cache, I can preview files, but thumbnails don't show up.

I actually found that the culprit was a malfunctioning version of Sketch. I uninstalled it, and everything works.

Thanks, that also solved it for me. Rather than uninstalling I updated to the latest version of Sketch.
Thanks for the tip. Do you remember what version of Sketch you had when Quick Look wasn't working? And what version of Sketch did you upgrade to in order to fix it?
Odd, I had a Sketch trial and removed it and works perfectly. I'll stick to Illustrator and Affinity Designer!
Quicklook is also not working for me on my new iMac running OSX 10.14.1 - I do not have Sketch installed, but do have the current Creative Cloud. :-(
