imei out on iPhone 6

my imei number was lost so i cannot use my iPhone to make any calls. if I do call *#06# the imei should be there but it’s gone. Anyone got the same problem as me? Thanks

It's difficult to diagnose this kind of issue remotely.

I assume you've already tried ALL the steps provided in this support guide (if not, please do it):

If you see No Service or Searching on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

If you get no help, I would have your iphone inspected (SIM card tray? Antenna?) at your most convenient Apple Store or Authorized Service Provider:

Anything visible if you go to Settings>General>About>IMEI ???

yes in Settings>General>About>IMEI is visible, but if i go on phone call and try *#06# the IMEI is not there and my phone is searching for signals. I know it's kinda weird but that's my iPhone 6 problem right now.

I tried my sim card to another phone it just went well. Ever since I got 2 numbers, so I tried the other sim inserted to the iPhone 6 and still no service.
