Can I filter for ipad 3 apps only?
since iPad 3 cannot be upgraded to ios10, I would like to find apps that I can use. Is there a way to filter apps at the app store by operating requirements?

There are two separate procedures to get older apps for older iDevices running an older iOS.
Downloading Older iOS 9.3.5 Versions of Apps ONLY Available Now for iOS 10 or Later
Not all apps will have older versions as some apps may have been specifically developed when a new iOS was introduced.
Conversely, there are still plenty of apps that are still being supported for older iDevices and older iOS versions, too!
