Error message 1035 appears when I try to record my greeting for voice mail on new iPhone 8

Hello,

I just purchased a new iPhone 8 on Saturday from Verizon store. When I arrived home I tried to record my own greeting for my voice mail. I couldn’t save my recorded greetin. Instead I get the dreaded 1035 error message. Nothing recommended fixes this. Verizon keeps telling me to reset my new phone which I’ve done twice now and now I can’t get my voicemails. Help me please! I need this for my work. Thanks guys
