Relocate button greyed out Logic Pro X

The issue I have is once I click Logic Pro -----> Sound Library -----> Relocate Sound Library, the option button to relocate my sound library is greyed out, though Logic recognizes the external hard drive. What could be causing this issue? I have of course, restarted the app. I have of course unplugged the drive. And I have of course, right-click and left-click the names of the drives themselves.

*****Solved*****

Well, apparently Logic Pro X does not like to back up the Sound Library on external hard drives that are identified as Time Machine Backups. So, I first had to go into preferences of the Time Machine Backup and remove my hdd as a backup. (System Preferences ----> Select Backup Disk ----> Remove). I then needed to go into the external hdd and delete the folder backup.backupdb. I guess this assures that macOs removes the Time Machine label from the external hdd. After a quick app restart, I am now able to relocate my Sound Library.

Backups made to an internal or directly-connected external HD are stored in a single Backups.backupdb folder at the top level of the drive.

Questions:

1) What operating system are you using?

2) Have you used TIME MACHINE before to backup your system on either of those hard drives?

If you have, then TIME MACHINE should have created a folder on your drive. OS Sierra, or whatever Operating System you are using should be able to locate this folder by opening finder and doing a quick search, or by utilizing spotlight by pressing cmd-spacebar.
