iOS12 Shortcuts app not loading Gallery

I have installed the shortcuts app on my iPhone running on iOS12. However when i am trying to view the list of predefined shortcuts in the "Gallery" tab , its not opening. I am getting an error message saying Could not load Gallery. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Shortcuts Can’t Be Downloaded I am currently unable to download any 3rd party iOS shortcut on either iPhone or iPad (e.g. TVDL, any others). I am running the most current version of iOS and iPadOS 16. No matter the source or the shortcut, I immediately receive the error “Can’t connect to the Gallery”. Image below. I’ve tried all easy/initial steps such as deleting and reinstalling the Shortcuts app, powering off my devices and restarting, and turning iCloud off and back on. Nothing makes a difference. Any input or guidance would be appreciated.

The Gallery from "Shortcuts" app There is no access to the Gallery from the Shortcuts app for 1 year (from the first days on my iphone 11). I have no idea. There are some screenshots as you can see. Hope someone could help me. P. S. I know that ios version is not the latest one. However this problem was since ios 13.6. Obviously, I will download ios 15 from the laptop the day it will be relesed.
