Install and update

I have an iPhone 6 and i can’t download and install the need update, I click that download and Install button and I put my passcode, after that nothing pops up and it just stays there’s waiting. If it wasn’t my storage full it would have a pop up saying my storage is full but nothing pops up, it like stays froze up.
