How do I change the name of my hotspot? (its different than the name in - Settings)

My Hotspot name is "David's iPhone" while the name in the Settings is "David my-last-name".

How do I change the Hotspot name from "David's iPhone" to something else?

The name comes from the setting in Settings->General->About->Name

Change it there to whatever you want.
