Why does my reminder app set alarms several hours earlier than the time it creates for the reminder?

So I’ve had this issue for months and can’t seem to find a solution. When I create a reminder on my iPhone for the next day, the reminder is set to 9:00am by default. No issue. But when I look at the info, the time my phone chooses to alert me is set for 4:00am.

This is highly irritating as I’m asleep at 4 am and when I am up I don’t get an alert and often forget what I was trying to be reminded about. This is only a problem on reminders for the following day. If I set a reminder for today, it picks a time an hour or so later than the current time and the alert is also set to the same time.

I have looked at time zone settings, reset my location info, I have gotten a new phone since and upgraded iOS. It seems to stay an issue. Anyone else have this issue?

Im not really sure if there may be an option to make detailed changes in default values. On my iPhone when I enable Remind me on a day, normally the alarm set to next sharp hour after the creation and on the same day so I always manually change the value. However, just sharing with you I barely use Reminders App and instead I nonamlly use Calendar App which offers more features.
