Iphone XS Max
Hello!
Was having issues to charge the iPhone XS Max
Once plugged in the charging cable into the charging port it will not respond at all, unless i will tap on the phone screen, or will charge the phone on the Fast Wireless Charger. Tried to erase the phone, and restore the phone from iTunes, no matter what i did it will not resolve the problem, even a replacement phone would do the same, so end it up returning the phone.hopefully after software update, or after several complaints from other consumers about the same issue Apple will act on it. as it is a very expensive phone to have those problems.for now will try to hold off on purchasing another iPhone xs max.
if any one was able to resolve this issue please post .
