Magnified screen

Was shocked when I changed my strap on Apple Watch 4 and the screen magnified about x20 all I could see was part of an app, nothing worked ie, Digital Crown no response just turns no clicks, side button no response, just left it a few minutes and tried rebooting which worked but got a bit of a fright for a minute, all is ok now
