ID disabled

I changed my Apple ID password. When I try to download apps, I still receive a message that my Apple ID is disabled. How can I fix it?

iPhone 5s, iOS 11.1.2

If the message states that your Apple ID is disabled for security reasons see: If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support


If it is not for security reasons and you cannot download updates or purchases, contact iTunes support: Contact Apple Support
