I am using mac and for some reason menu bar starting disappearing on application window. However it stays on desktop window. It really annoying. There is no help on internet. Only I see is go to system preference and uncheck auto hide which I already did.

Probably: if the menu bar is disappearing in one or more specific apps, then those apps are set to full-screen. On recent releases of macOS, click the green button in the upper left of the window to select full-screen display. macOS Sierra: Focus on apps in full screen or Split View
