netflix network error

all is in working order i still get it on my phone it stopped working around the time i got a refurbished phone replacement i erased everything on the new phone by accident could that be problem

Thanks for posting in the Apple Support Communities. If I understand your issue, you're trying to use Netflix on your iPad, but you're receiving an error that states there is a network issue. I'd be more than happy to help!

If you're using the Netflix app downloaded from the iOS App Store, I recommend starting with the steps outlined in the Apple Support article If an app unexpectedly quits, stops responding, or won’t open - Apple Support .

Should you still receive that error message while using the Netflix app, or you're trying to watch Netflix using Safari, you can use the Netflix support article Netflix says 'Network error: There is a problem connecting to Netflix.' .
