How to get Apple Music to work

My bank card was charged but Apple Music still not working 🏽♂😩

Are you in a region where Apple Music is offered, and is your Apple ID billing address set for that region, with a locally valid payment method?

Change or remove your Apple ID payment information - Apple Support

The region of your Apple ID must match the region of the iTunes and App Store for Apple Music to work.


Did you get the 3 months trial period, and why did you prolong if that didn’t work?

If you got a bundled deal with a mobile provider, then you have to link your Apple ID with your mobile number, as specified on About bundling Apple Music through mobile phone service providers - Apple Support
