Why is my screen fuzzy when I open it?

ive had my computer replaced and the problem is still persistent, is this a MacBook Pro 2017 issue or softaware? It won’t go away!

MacBook Air I need help with my Macbook Air. The screen is glitching, there are weird lines across the screen and the volume is acting really weird. It should still be under warranty.

MacBook Pro's screen is showing grey lines My screen suddenly went weird - just grey and lines like when I had issues with my previous macbook pro, the one that had logic board issues.
