Mojave: where did the iMessage right-click screenshot option go?

Does anyone know how to take a screenshot in iMessage on a MacBook (not an iPhone)? Since upgrading to Mojave, that feature is gone from the right-click options in Messages. Soooo frustrating!

Hi Yakov, I know how to take a screenshot. I was specifically asking about taking one within iMessage. That option has disappeared from the right-click menu in Messages. I figured it out though: take a screenshot and a thumbnail appears on your desktop. Then drag the thumbnail into your message window.

Apple, please bring this feature back. I am so incredibly frustrated it is gone. I used it all the time. The new way to do it is many more steps and half the time when I drag the screen shot to my message, even through the green + is there, it doesn't go into my message and then the little box at the bottom of my screen is gone, so to try and do it again is even more steps. ARGH!!!
