I bought a iPhone XS Mac. I transferred all my info from my iPhone 6 Plus, but the App Store Icon is not to be found. I have gone on to You Tube and searched the internet with no luck. There where several different suggestions, but none solved the issue. Help!

What suggestions did you follow that did not work? If only to not repeat them.
Did you have App Installation restricted in your iPhone 6?
If so, those restrictions carry over. Check in Settings->Screen Time->Content & Privacy Restrictions->iTunes & App Store Purchases->Installing Apps and make sure its set to Allow.
Otherwise, try the Spotlight search. If the App Store is in a folder it will tell you which one.
On the home screen if you swipe down and type in App Store, does the icon show up to use?
