My MacBook Pro is having issues with the Messages app. Had no trouble with it for multiple years but recently it went Offline. When I went to sign back into the account, the Apple ID says that there is a network connection issue. However, my network is working fine. I can use the Internet normally and everything else works.

If I understand your post correctly, the Messages app shows offline even though other apps are able to connect to the internet normally. I'd like to help.

If you can't sign in to your iMessage account or FaceTime on your Mac
