I recorded a 44 minute voice memo today. While doing so, my phone was plugged into a microphone to enhance the sound. I mistakenly pulled the mic cord out of my phone before hitting stop or "done" and the 44 min. recording disappeared. I did NOT delete it , but it appears to be gone.
Is there any way to retrieve this voice memo?

I did not get it back. Tried for two days, spoke with several apple geniuses, and they all told me I was S. O. L.
However, for future, I did download the spire app. It's free. Much more features for using (one can actually multitrack), saving, and sharing.
Sounds better, too.
