iPhone XS screen flickers during boot up

When my iPhone XS boots up, the screen momentarily flickers and shows grains around the apple logo. This happens for a split second and then vanishes completely from the screen.

The issue does not occur at any point after the phone is up and running. Also toggling truetone mode on/off does not help.

Please advise if my device faulty? Though the issue does not seem to hamper normal use, it is disturbing to see it occur consistently.

I have the same problem with xs max I have replaced the device for four times but the problem is in the four devices may be a software problem and will be solved by updating the operating system
In Apple they said they do not know the cause of the problem or it is a problem Hardware or software and said they will give me a report on the cause of the problem after five days

Does this happen every time your phones boot. I find that this issues happens intermittently with mine.

I am also experiencing this at the same time as issues receiving and transmitting data on my Verizon cell network, but I had them scan my device for malware and my device is clean. I guess this is a bug which happened coincidentally at the same time as my other issues.
