So up until now my family has always shared an Apple ID (from way before family sharing)
I think I need to get separate ID's, but I like the photo stream capability.
All my families (husband, 2 kids) photos automatically go to the photo stream for everyone to see.
Nobody has to go in, click pictures and share.....
Is this possible in Family Sharing?? If not are there other ideas or apps I can do this with?

No.
Family Sharing creates a shared Family album, but you must place photos in it manually. All other albums are tied to the Apple ID, as you well know.
I don't know of an app to offer this.
Thank you for the response! I actually discovered amazon photos offers this but it seems as tho you need to open the app to have pics download which is not going to happpen with my kids. And google photos offers this but only with one person. Hmmmm I wonder if we all login to one of these apps with same login. Will be trial and error I guess
