iMac password
My iMac password is not working. I need it to set up a new printer. Is there anyway to retrieve it?

Did you try it more than 3 times?
If you set up password hints, it should pop up ( the password hint) .
be certain you are typing the correct password.
FWIW. I had this problem yesterday am after a power failure knocked out power.
i knew I was entering the correct password. I ended up rebooting my iMac and then when I had to enter password, which fixed it for me.
