Speaker/mic not working after unplugging ear buds.

after unplugging ear buds, I am unable to speak/hear on phone calls. Mic does not work for voice text either. Speaker plays music/sounds/haptics, so the issue is only with making/receiving calls. Calls connect but nothing can be heard on other end, unless connected to car Bluetooth.

It seems like you're having trouble with your iPhone being unable to use the Mic and Receiver on calls. I know how important it is to be able to take calls easily on your iPhone, and I want to help you get that working.

Do you see a symbol at the top of your iPhone that shows you have headphones connected?
