Billing adress

I would like to purchase online in Apple.com using credit card payment melhod, Butantã my billing adress is out of US. My home country is Brazil. The shipping adress will be in US. How do I proceed?

Change payment card country but keep the apple store to US? how come it doesn't work I have tried to use my new payment card which is of a different country as I am now working in a different country , but I want to update it but doesn't let me do it . I am using US App Store

Sorry, not possible. The billing address and destination must be in the same country as the Apple Store you are using.
