Why don't I have the new 'News' app on Mojave?

Hello! I just installed the new Mojave update, and I was under the impression that it was supposed to come with three "new" apps - Home, Stocks, and News. However, it's just finished installing and the News app seems no where to be found. Was I incorrect in assuming it was supposed to be included?

My Macbook specs:

MacOS Mojave (Version 10.14)

Macbook Air (13-inch, 2017)

Processor: 1.8GHz Intel Core i5

Memory: 8GB 1600MHz DDR3

Storage Capacity: 250.79 GB (206.27 available)

Do I have to install it on app store? (I've tried searching it up, to no avail)

I spotlight searched it, nothing there...

I looked through my apps.. Nada.

MacBook Air, macOS Mojave (10.14)

It's currently available in the US, UK and Australia. I believe you can switch your region to one of those and will see it.
