Why can’t I download music on apple music?

I mean the songs will be there but not dowloaded. You have to click on the cloud to listen to them offline. I hope you understand what I mean

Go to settings-music-turn off iCloud library-turn off your phone- turn back on and turn on iCloud library as well. That’s the way I solved it

They won’t. The songs will disappear but once you turn the library on the songs will appear again you joust have to download them again to listen offline
