Cad drawing apps for iPad Pro
I can’t get wise. Is there cad drawing app that would be similar to Solidworks?

An iPad Pro is STILL not a replacement for a fully capable laptop or desktop computer.
Some types of apps will NOT be full equivalents to apps you are used to using on a computer.
If you need a full featured CAD/3D CAD app on a mobile device, the iPad Pro may not be the mobile device for you to be using for this task.
You should have looked into Microsoft Surface/Surface Pro tablets, instead, to get this sort of capability.
Many apps for iPad/iOS is more simplified apps designed for iOS, which is a more simplified OS.
