How do you mirror iPad Pro with iPhone 7

I would like to mirror the iPad Pro screen to the iPhone 7, or vice verse. Both are running on IOS12 and are using the same Apple ID.

Tried to connect the devices via Bluetooth, but neither show up in the device list.’

Am I able to FaceTime between the two devices if they are both on the same ID?

This has never been possible with iOS.

Can't FaceTime simultaneously between iDevice on the same Apple ID, either.
