Extra page/page numbers in Numbers

I have several rows in a Table in Numbers. Below the last row I added a text box. It all fits nicely on one page. However, when I go to print it shows and extra page with both pages numbered. I have messed with this for at least an hour, trying to google info, too, but cannot delete the second page or the page numbers. Can someone please help? Thank you!

Thank you, Barry - that did the trick! Apparently it was just a hair too long. I still had the page number problem but googled that and finally saw that in print view I could actually make delete it. I thought once I was in print view I couldn't make changes, but when I clicked on the actual page in the print view, I saw the footer and could delete it. I so appreciate your help.

Hi Sharon,

If 'extra' page(s) are being generated, then the statement "It all fits nicely on one page" is likely to be untrue.

Numbers generates pages as needed to fit the content. Here, for example, it's that horizontal line below the table, just a tenth on an inch too long to fit between the margins of a single page.

Shortening the line, or narrowing the left and/or right margins or reducing the scale at which the document is printed is enough to squelch the extra page:
