Restore from iCloud without Wifi?

Unfortunately there appears to be a wifi hardware issue on my iPad, so my question is - "is there anyway to restore from iCloud without having Wifi? Connected through my MacBook or similar?"

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities! I understand that you would like to know if there is a way to restore your iPad from an iCloud backup without using Wi-Fi.

Restoring from an iCloud backup does require Wi-Fi so it would not be possible to restore from this backup using a different method. Restoring from an iTunes backup could be done without Wi-Fi:
