how do i stop the emails from apple discussions

I get at least 50 or more of these emails every day how do I get them to stop

Go to your account's profile and turn off emails e.g. click on your name top left (if logged in) and click Preferences on the popup (you might need to toggle emails on and off) - or this should take you straight there : https://discussions.apple.com/user-preferences!input.jspa
