Find emergency bypass contacts

How can I find all of my Contacts with Emergency Bypass enabled? Is there anything more efficient than going through the Contacts list and checking each Contact individually? Is there a way to export a list of Contact data that could be searched for those contacts with Emergency Bypass enabled?

I just took a moment to export my contacts via an app that I have as a csv(Excel) file. That file exported all of my contacts, but seems to only export database data, not system settings such as the emergency bypass. I tried vCard, and that would only open in my Outlook, and that did not include the iPhone system settings either, so I'm guessing that it is not possible. FYI, the app is called MCBackupPro. I have no financial interest in this app or developer, it is just one that I have used several times to backup and save contact information on multiple iPhones.

Lawrence,

Those are the Emergency Contacts for notification. If you go to the Contacts app, then select a contact, tap on Edit, then tap on Ringtone, you can select individual contacts that can bypass Do Not Disturb, without having to set them as Favorites or other settings. You can also set it to allow text messages to come through as well by tapping on the Text Tone within contact edit as well.
