Hi,
When I try to watch YouTube on Safari, the video timeline will always be stuck at 0:00 / 0:00. The screen will be black and not show any signs of buffering, or the loading circle. I have restarted my Mac multiple times and this issue is still happening.

Try setting up another admin user account to see if the same problem continues. Please post back on whether or not this worked. Also try the Safe Mode. Please post back on whether or not this worked.

If it works in the Safe Mode, try running this program when booted normally and then copy and paste the output in a reply. The program was created by Etresoft, a frequent contributor. Please use copy and paste as screen shots can be hard to read. Click “Share Report” button in the toolbar, select “Copy to Clipboard” and then paste into a reply. This will show what is running on your computer. No personal information is shown.

I figured out that it was one of my extensions that was preventing the video playback. Thanks for the help though!
The same thing happens when I boot into safe mode. When I made another account and tried it there, the picture often froze while the audio continued, even though the whole video had already buffered.
Trying to isolate it to Safari, try another browser as a test.
