missing download item
Item in itunes store reads "purchased" after buying but not "play" like the other downloaded songs from the same album. It therefore does not show in my itunes library. How do I get it to download?

OK, you need to open the iTunes app on your PC, and go to the Store. Click on Purchased under "Music Quick Links" on the right-hand side of the store window. Then click on Songs>Not in My Library, and you should be able to find the song there with a little cloud next to it. Click on the cloud to download it to your iTunes Library.
