what happens if i open a phishing emal and open its attachments?
Recieved an email giving me a confirmation number from apple and it came with an attachment. When I opened it it said $50 gift card purchased. I immediately checked my bank acct and nothing was charged, nor did I purchase anything. I immediately reported it to apple and erased the email. I also erased all my cards from Apple Pay just to be cautious. Should i do anything else? Did I do wrong by opening the email and the attachment?
