Podcast rejected withouth notification

Hello,


We have a podcast that we have submitted through iTunes last year. We have about 23 episodes on it and everything has been going great. However, since the past few days, our listeners have been contacting us that they cannot access it through iTunes or the podcast app on their iPhones. I logged into https://podcastsconnect.apple.com/ and noticed it said the podcast is "Rejected" and the icon is now dimmed. I made sure the RSS feed is still accessible and it is. I can access it using Stitcher, Google Player Music, and other podcast apps not tied to iTunes. At this point, we have been on the phone with iTunes support for about 2 hours and have not had any progress. To troubleshoot, we did remove the last episode from the RSS feed incase if there was a content issue. It would be helpful if there is anyone out there that can assist us in this problem. We would like to know why it was rejected and what we can do to resolve it.

You may be able to submit it again in Podcasts Connect. If you can't you will have to contact Support. Go to https://itunespartner.apple.com/en/podcasts/overview and click the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of the page.

Thanks so much Roger. I see your point but our title has been the same for the last year and has not had any issues.


Has there been any change in rules recently that can explain this rejection?


Knowing that, if we update our title with just “Core IM Internal Medicine Podcast” then how do we get the podcast reapproved that it’s available on iTunes again (and w/o resubmitted a new RSS feed as we’ve worked very hard building followers for this existing RSS feed)
