can I use my old phone for a media player since verizon would only give me $50 for it. It has ios11 and 16g storage. It would work well for a music player while I work in the gaRage and won’t worry if it gets dirty

Obviously no cell calls or SMs messages will possible without cell service. But Music will work normally.
