Two factor authentication

is there any other way to disable two factor authetication, other than through your device ?

Once two factor authentication is enabled, it cannot be disabled once it's been in place for two weeks or more.

It's been enabled for much longer.

My account was hacked but not sure how if my two factor authentication was enabled.

I got an email saying it was disabled.

But how ? If the only way to disable it is through my phone
