To my knowledge, no, it is not possible by design (it isn't a bug on your device).

The Home screen will not support landscape mode, but many apps do.

If you're not able to see apps in landscape view it is usually one of two reasons:

• Make sure that screen rotation is not locked.
• If you set the display to Zoom mode, landscape is disabled.
