Photo Quality Photos app iPhone X

I have a weird problem since IOS 12 on the iPhone X. When i take pictures with my iPhone X and i go to the Photos app to look at the picture, then is the quality of the picture very poor. If i want to see the full resolution of the picture, i have to zoom in a little bit and then is the picture back to normal resolution. When you leave the photo and you go back to the same photo, then it returns to bad quality. So if i want to see my pictures on normal resolution i have to zoom in on every picture. I tested it on 2 iPhone X's and they have the same issue, i tested it also on an iPhone 6s, 8 plus an iPad 6th generation and there i saw the photos immediately in normal resolution. So i think this i maybe just on the iPhone X and XS. The funny thing is that i can take screenshots of the problem. The first picture is in bad quality. And the second one is when i zoomed a little bit, then you have your normale resolution. it's really frustrating, i want to watch the photos in full quality on my iPhone X but i don't want to zoom in on every photo.
