What error message do you get? Contact iTunes support for purchase issues.
I would suggest trying to contact the app developer for help.
I don't get a message. While in the game and trying to purchase gems, the icon on the lower right that shows the attempt to connect to WiFi and that the purchase is pending freezes the game. I wait and wait and nothing happens. I then have to force quit.
