Notifications stopped working iOS12

When I first updated to iOS12 everything was working fine. Suddenly I noticed that I'm no longer getting any notifications for my non Apple Apps, such as Messenger, Ring, Google Mail, etc.

Mail and Messages, are working fine. I've tried several suggestions on restarting, resetting network settings etc, nothing has worked.

Getting notifications for my security devices is important to me since we own a rental property. Not sure what else to do. It's weird because the same apps on my iPad are working fine with iOS12, and not on my iPhone 6S.

Have you gone to settings>general>reset>reset all settings? This does not delete any data.

Hello,

Seems that i have the same issue i have 2 brand new iPhone8 and i called the Apple support and they told me to go in service with them . I tried everything from restoring the iOS resetting factory defaults everything and still i've got no notifications. My iPhone act like Do Not Disturb it's on but that feature it's off. I'm very ****** off i'm thinking now to take out my old android and to give those back. I'm new to iPhone and i was thinking that my Samsung S7 it's a bad phone but i'm very surprised about this wonderful surprise from Apple.
