Using ITunes, transfer pics from laptop to IPad

Using ITunes, I am trying to download pictures from my laptop to my new IPad Pro.

On ITunes, it says “ICloud Photos is on” when I click on “Photos”.

To adress this problem, i’ve went to my IPad in IPad ICloud and I’ve closed the “ICloud Drive” option.

It didn’t change anything on iTunes. So i’ve Disconnected my IPad from my laptop & ITunes and reconnected. Again, no change.

How can I dowload my pics if ITunes blocks me by saying that ICloud Photos is still on?
