my VM box fills up from blocked 1-800 numbers. They are not calling and are not leaving Voice messages. I delete them from the “blocked” numbers and then they come back within a day or two and fill up my voicemail box again. Any help appreciated!
Okay, if it is a blank message, you will still need to deal with your carrier about this. Blocked numbers have the option to leave a message, and that will take up space. Your carrier determines how much space you have in your mailbox, and should be able to give you instructions on how to delete this information to clear your voicemail box.
I don't understand. If they are not leaving a message, how are they filling up your voicemail box? Are you saying that it is just a blank message, but using some time? Do you use visual voicemail? If yes, are you seeing that a blank message is being left?
There is no message left at all. They are numbers I have blocked in the past, they just randomly appear in the “blocked “ option at the bottom on my VM page and fill up my VM box!?
As soon as I delete them my VM box reverts to having space. The next day same thing happens again.
Side note I only have 8 saved voicemails so these cannot possibly fill my VM box.
And no I’m. It using visual VM
