iPhone Xs CarPlay - Scrambled Screen?

Hey all,

Just upgraded my iPhone 7 to a new Xs. When I connect my phone to CarPlay it shows a scrambled screen. My car is a 2017 Mercedes GLA, so it's pretty recent. Worked fine with the 7. Anyone else having this problem and/or know of a fix?

Updated to iOS 12.0.1 which seems to have resolved it.

Aaron F,

Find a way to reset the infotainment system in your car (you may have to check the owners manual or dealer). Then try to connect again.

Set up CarPlay with your iPhone
