How to get a refund for accidental purchase of the app Pixaloop

Have accidentally bought the app Pixaloop because of fingerprint recognition and not understanding the subscription information. I just wanted to see what it was like before purchase and when I touched the home button it purchased the app before I had an opportunity to try it. Have not tried app at all and would like a full refund please. How do I do this ? TIA

Purchases are considered final but you could try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support and see if they will refund you as a one-off : http://reportaproblem.apple.com


Or you can try contacting iTunes Support via : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww


And if it was a subscription I assume you've done : View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support ?
